1 What is Magenta Moments?
Magenta Moments for Tourists is a loyalty program for users of
Crnogorski Telekom ad Podgorica (hereinafter "Telecom").
Members of the Magenta Moments program are eligible for offers,
benefits, and products from Telecom and Telecom partners
participating in the program. Magenta Moments for Tourist will be
available via web portal hosted on the Tourist landing page.
2 How can you participate in Magenta Moments for
Tourists?
2.1 All customers of Tourist packages, over 18, will be eligible to use
benefits of the program. To access the program, users must enter
phone numbers to eligibly check and accept General Terms and
Conditions. (hereinafter: Terms). After verification based on package
the customer will enter a benefit page where he can choose which
benefit he would like to use.
2.2 By activating Magenta Moments, the Member confirms that it meets
the eligibility requirements as stated in paragraph 2.1 of this article -
Terms. By activating Magenta Moments, the Member acknowledges
and agrees that Telekom reserves the right to remove them from the
Magenta Moments program if they fail to meet the specified
participation requirements.
2.3 Members can only access Magenta Moments for Tourists through a
dedicated web link.
2.4 Membership in Magenta Moments is automatically terminated
when Telekom ceases operating.
3 How does Magenta Moments for Tourists work?
3.1 The terms of use for each offer in the Magenta Moments program
are specified in detail on the page with the specific offer details. The
offer may also include vouchers. Offers and vouchers have limited
validity periods (up to 6 months), which are mentioned on the
relevant page of the Magenta Moments section with offer details and
voucher images.
4 How are we responsible?
4.1 Telekom provides discounts and offers from Telekom partners, i.e.,
third parties and brands participating in Magenta Moments.
Therefore, Telekom is not responsible for any damages or problems
caused using products and services of such third parties and brands.
4.2 Telekom is not a contractual partner or third-party service provider.
Therefore, the terms of service of that respective third party apply.
They are thoroughly described on the page to which you are directed
during activation, including details about the specific offer.
5 How is your data processed in the Program?
5.1 The Privacy Policy - Magenta Moments, which forms an integral part
of these Terms, provides detailed information regarding Magenta
Moments' data processing activities. The privacy policy is available
here.
6 What else applies?
6.1. Errors on the web portal are possible. Telekom reserves the right to
change the program and its content,
6.2 The relevant general and specific terms and conditions take
precedence in matters not covered by these Terms, particularly
concerning the legal relationship between Telekom and the user or
the Magenta Moments for Tourists program.
6.3 Discounts, offers, vouchers, etc., available at Magenta Moments
cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, vouchers, etc.,
provided to members unless expressly permitted on the individual
offer details page.
6.4 Telekom reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the Magenta
Moments for Tourists program with timely notification to the
members via SMS message.
